About The Position

Restorative Aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent through therapy, exercise, programs, and more. This is an immediate-hire opportunity with full-time or part-time availability. Candidates must be self-starters.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Must be a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

• CNA license and one year of experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with therapy and restorative actions.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
