About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a Restoration Technician to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Technicians respond to emergencies and perform restoration work such as water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup. The employer provides certified training, uniforms, and personal protective equipment, with opportunities to develop skills and advance to Lead Technician and Supervisor roles.

The role involves physical work in customers’ homes and businesses, including tight spaces, ladders, and lifting more than 50 pounds. Technicians must be willing to work on-call shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour based on experience, with bi-weekly pay and overtime opportunities. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, subject to remaining actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Comfort with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting more than 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services.
• IICRC certification; it is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
• Perform restoration services, including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to a supervisor.
• Work respectfully and professionally in customers’ homes and businesses.
• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication.
