About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring Restoration Technicians to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Technicians respond to emergencies and perform restoration work such as water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup. The role also involves maintaining tools and supplies, recognizing safety hazards, communicating with a supervisor, working professionally in customers’ homes and businesses, and supporting job documentation with notes and photos.

The position offers paid IICRC training and certifications, full benefits, and a potential career path to Lead Technician and Supervisor roles. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour based on experience, with bi-weekly pay and overtime opportunities. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, subject to the stated good-standing and payroll conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Comfort with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50 or more pounds.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including a rotation that covers some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services.
• IICRC certification.

Responsibilities
