About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring Restoration Technicians to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Technicians respond to emergencies and perform hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup. The role includes working in customers’ homes and businesses, maintaining tools and supplies in company vehicles, identifying safety hazards, and supporting job documentation.

The employer offers $19–$21 per hour based on experience, bi-weekly pay, overtime opportunities, paid IICRC training and certifications, and a path to Lead Technician and Supervisor roles. Uniforms and personal protective equipment are provided. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles.
• Be comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting more than 50 pounds.
• Be willing to work on-call shifts, including a rotation with some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services.
• IICRC certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies.
• Perform restoration services, including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to a supervisor.
• Work respectfully and professionally in customers’ homes and businesses.
• Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication.
