Restoration Technician- $500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring Restoration Technicians to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Technicians respond to emergencies and perform restoration work, including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup. The role includes working at customer properties, maintaining equipment and supplies, identifying hazards, and supporting job documentation. The employer offers paid IICRC training and certifications, full benefits, and a career path with opportunities to advance to Lead Technician and Supervisor roles. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour based on experience, with bi-weekly pay and overtime opportunities. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, provided the employee is actively employed and in good standing when paid.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old to drive company vehicles.
- Comfort with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting more than 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work on-call shifts, including a rotation with some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in construction, handyman work, restoration, air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, or indoor air quality services.
- IICRC certification.
Responsibilities

- Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles.
- Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to a supervisor.
- Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses.
- Support job documentation with notes, photos, and communication.
