About The Position

SERVPRO Team Mongan is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to lead a crew and work alongside them on restoration jobs after fire or water damage. The supervisor leads assigned jobs from start to finish, including responding to service calls, organizing job-site activities, performing production work, supervising the crew, keeping customers informed, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring work meets SERVPRO processes and safety requirements. This is an active field leadership role focused on quality, efficiency, and customer care. The role requires physically active work in varied restoration environments. Duties may involve lifting, walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights and in crawl spaces, repeated pushing and carrying, and working with or around cleaning chemicals. Local or out-of-state travel may be necessary.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dependable, self-motivated approach and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to give clear direction, support teammates, and solve problems in challenging situations.
Basic math skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.
Successful completion of a background check, subject to applicable law.
Regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, as well as drive, sit, and climb.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces including crawl spaces, and repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with and around cleaning chemicals.

Nice To Haves

Cleaning or restoration experience.
IICRC certifications.

Responsibilities

Set up an efficient job flow and coordinate the people, equipment, and materials needed.
Communicate clear expectations to technicians.
Perform restoration services alongside the crew and monitor work quality throughout each job.
Resolve problems promptly and keep assigned work moving toward completion.
Complete jobs according to work orders and SERVPRO processes.
Explain the restoration process to customers, answer questions, communicate updates, listen to concerns, and respond to customer needs.
Identify opportunities for additional services.
Identify job-site hazards, establish appropriate control measures, communicate safety expectations, and enforce procedures to protect workers and occupants.
Ensure equipment and materials are used properly and company assets are protected.
Maintain complete and accurate job documentation from start to finish.
Monitor production costs and use labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Clean and maintain company vehicles, equipment, warehouse spaces, and office areas.
