About The Position

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a Restoration Supervisor to support field operations and help keep restoration projects running smoothly. The role supports restoration work following fire and water damage, with a focus on customer service, project coordination, team guidance, and safe work practices. The supervisor works alongside restoration technicians, helps ensure work meets SERVPRO standards, and may participate in an on-call rotation that includes local and out-of-town storm work when required. Requirements

At least 6 months of restoration experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Professionalism and dependability.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work well with others and handle fast-paced situations.
Ability to use company software with ease.
Ability to communicate clearly and balance several tasks at once.

Nice To Haves

IICRC certifications.

Responsibilities

Work alongside restoration technicians, set project expectations, and ensure work meets SERVPRO standards.
Maintain positive customer interactions and keep customers updated throughout each job.
Document job progress, help manage labor, and support scheduling and budgeting needs.
Identify potential hazards and help implement safe work practices.
Participate in the on-call rotation, including assisting with local and out-of-town storm work when required.
Assist with training and guiding technicians as they learn and grow.
