About The Position

SERVPRO Team Spinner is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead crews, run quality projects, and develop technicians. It is designed for a field leader who wants to build the scoping, estimating, scheduling, and people-management skills required for the next level. As performance grows, the Supervisor will receive structured training and stretch assignments in reviewing technician and supervisor scopes, DocuSketch files, and estimates; helping lead WIP meetings, crew scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning; and building project timelines and labor budgets; reviewing costs, profitability, and customer concerns. Advancement is based on demonstrated readiness, sustained performance, leadership approval, and an available business need.

Requirements

• At least one year of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver license and a dependable, safety-focused work record
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills; comfort using mobile technology

Nice To Haves

• DocuSketch and IICRC certifications preferred; ability to meet physical demands and work some evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments

Responsibilities

• Lead the jobsite. Coordinate water, fire, mold, and cleaning work from arrival through completion.
• Build the scope. Complete room-by-room inspections and capture accurate scope, sketch, photos, moisture readings, and job notes in DocuSketch.
• Develop the crew. Set clear expectations, coach technicians, inspect their work, and correct quality or documentation gaps.
• Protect the customer experience. Explain the restoration process, obtain required signatures, provide updates, and complete the final walkthrough.
• Control and communicate. Manage safety, labor, equipment, consumables, and same-day updates to the Restoration Manager and office team.
