About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a hands-on Restoration Supervisor to lead technicians responding to fire, water, mold, and storm damage projects. The supervisor oversees restoration jobs, performs and supervises labor-intensive jobsite work, and communicates with customers to manage expectations and support satisfaction. The role includes maintaining safety, documenting work, managing equipment and supplies, and developing team members. Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean background.
Ability to regularly lift more than 50 pounds and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in difficult conditions.
Comfort using mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction is preferred.
IICRC certifications are a bonus; the employer will help the hire obtain them.

Responsibilities

Oversee restoration jobs and lead technicians on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects.
Manage customer expectations, maintain communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform and supervise jobsite work.
Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect team members and customers.
Create accurate, detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
Maintain equipment and vehicles, and monitor supply usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
