About The Position

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to serve as a front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand and demonstrate its Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. The supervisor coordinates, monitors, and performs project work to fulfill service needs and provide a positive customer experience. The role also includes overseeing restoration technicians, maintaining job documentation, managing project resources, and supporting job safety and quality.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with or around cleaning agents.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
IICRC certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform production processes according to schedule and ensure quality control.
Manage the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction, as tracked through online reviews.
Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
Document detailed and accurate job files supporting the services provided.
Manage labor and consumable-item usage on assigned projects.
Communicate project progress and issues to the restoration project manager and office staff.
Communicate and follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
Protect and properly use equipment, materials, and other assets.
Coach and train restoration technicians.
