About The Position

SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to oversee restoration projects and lead technicians responding to water, fire, mold, and storm damage. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive position that combines jobsite work, team leadership, customer communication, safety oversight, documentation, and equipment management. The role supports customers during difficult situations and offers tools and training for career growth, including a path to leadership roles in Operations or Construction. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour based on experience, with bi-weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and performance incentives after the probationary period. A $500 sign-on bonus is payable after 90 days of active employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.

Requirements

Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean background.
Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds or more, and sometimes lift 100 pounds with assistance.
Comfort working in crawlspaces, on ladders, and in challenging conditions.
Ability to use mobile apps, documentation software, and digital forms.
Willingness to respond to after-hours calls when needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee restoration projects and lead technicians on water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs.
Manage customer expectations, maintain communication, and help ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform and supervise hands-on jobsite work.
Monitor safety, enforce safety protocols, and protect employees and customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, and equipment logs.
Maintain equipment and vehicles and monitor supply use to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Respond to after-hours calls when needed.
