About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a personable, construction-savvy professional to build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners while supporting customers through reconstruction after property damage. This is not traditional transactional sales; the role focuses on building trust, developing referral partnerships, identifying reconstruction opportunities, and setting projects up for success. The manager assesses property damage, develops scopes of work and estimates, coordinates with insurance adjusters on scope negotiations and approvals, and ensures contracts and project documentation are accurate. The role also guides customers through reconstruction, partners with Reconstruction Project Managers to support smooth transitions, stays involved in project progress, resolves challenges, and monitors budgets, job costs, and profitability. Requirements

Construction experience and a solid understanding of building materials, methods, and reconstruction processes.
Ability to connect with people and develop lasting professional relationships.
Strong attention to detail when preparing estimates, reviewing scopes, and managing documentation.
Confidence communicating with customers, insurance professionals, and construction teams.
Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow the reconstruction business.
Serve as a trusted resource for insurance professionals referring customers.
Assess property damage and determine reconstruction needs.
Develop detailed scopes of work and accurate estimates.
Work with insurance adjusters to negotiate scopes and secure approvals.
Ensure contracts, documentation, and project details are accurate and complete.
Guide customers through reconstruction with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
Partner with Reconstruction Project Managers to ensure smooth project transitions.
Stay involved in project progress, help resolve challenges, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Monitor budgets, job costs, and project profitability.
