Requirements

Restoration industry experience, preferably in water, fire, or mold mitigation.
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
Comfort using restoration documentation and estimating software.
Valid driver's license.
Someone who takes ownership, develops their people, and follows through on commitments.

IICRC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop the Team: Set clear daily priorities and performance expectations. Coach, train, and develop crew chiefs and restoration technicians. Build accountability, teamwork, and a culture of doing things right. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
Manage Production: Coordinate crews, equipment, subcontractors, and project schedules. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. Oversee documentation, scopes of work, and project progress. Identify problems early and coordinate solutions.
Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience: Maintain professional communication with customers, adjusters, and business partners. Ensure projects meet customer expectations and company standards. Resolve service issues and keep customers informed throughout the restoration process.
Drive Operational Performance: Manage labor, equipment utilization, and other production expenses. Help ensure projects are properly documented, completed, and ready for billing. Monitor production results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
