About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a personable, construction-savvy professional to develop relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners while guiding customers through reconstruction after property damage. This is a relationship-building and project-development role rather than traditional product sales. The manager will identify reconstruction opportunities, build trust with referral sources, assess damage, develop scopes and estimates, work with adjusters on approvals, and help ensure projects are prepared for success. The role also guides customers through reconstruction with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. It partners with Reconstruction Project Managers to support smooth project transitions, remains involved in progress and issue resolution, and monitors budgets, job costs, and profitability. Requirements

Construction experience and a solid understanding of building materials, methods, and reconstruction processes.
Ability to build connections and lasting professional relationships.
Strong attention to detail when preparing estimates, reviewing scopes, and managing documentation.
Confidence communicating with customers, insurance professionals, and construction teams.
Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners.

Develop detailed scopes of work and accurate estimates.
