About The Position

PuroClean of Vineland is seeking a dependable and responsible Lead Technician. This role works directly with customers to explain the restoration process for water, mold and fire mitigation, assess the scope of work, supervises, develops, and mentors team members to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of field experience
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required
IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), or IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) or IICRC Mold Remediation (AMRT) certification
Possess a valid driver’s license and safely operate company vehicles
Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Work for extended periods in both large and confined spaces
Wear appropriate respirator equipment for extended periods
Pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation

The more active certifications held, the higher the pay rate.

Responsibilities

Following all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures and standards
Understanding and adhering to restoration procedures, including: Water damage restoration procedures, Mold remediation equipment and procedures, Fire and smoke cleaning tools and procedures, Carpet cleaning equipment and procedures
Demonstrating a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude at all times
Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service
Maintaining all equipment and vehicles in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition
Remaining available for emergency response work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as needed
