About The Position

ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a Restoration Technician in Aurora, Colorado, and surrounding areas. The role involves restoration assignments that may include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism cleanup, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning. Technicians drive company vehicles to customer-designated locations, perform work to applicable regulatory and quality standards, provide customer service, and develop proficiency in restoration and mold abatement. The position offers an advancement opportunity to grow into a Crew Chief role.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Ability to move and/or lift 50 pounds or more.
• Previous restoration experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Perform assigned restoration work in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company and customer quality standards.
• Provide world-class customer service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration and mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
• Perform assignments that may include specialty mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism cleanup, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning.
