About The Position

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Restoration Technician to provide restoration services in Aurora, Colorado, and surrounding areas. Assignments may include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack-ins, and content cleaning. The technician drives a company vehicle to customer-designated locations, performs work in compliance with applicable regulations and company and customer quality standards, and provides customer service. The role includes developing proficiency in fire and water restoration and mold abatement, and responding to water jobs to begin mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards. The work takes place in indoor and outdoor conditions; PPE and other safety tools and resources are provided. The position offers an advancement opportunity to grow into a Crew Chief.

Requirements

Good communication skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to travel out of town.
Ability to move and/or lift 50+ pounds.
Previous restoration experience.

Responsibilities

Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
Complete work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing customer service.
Become proficient in fire and water restoration and mold abatement.
Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
