About The Position

LV Petroleum is hiring Restaurant Team Members for its fast-paced Houston (McCarty) location. Team members perform customer service, food preparation, cash handling, store cleaning and maintenance, teamwork, stocking, and inventory duties to help deliver a positive customer experience and keep operations running efficiently. The role may also assist with store opening and closing tasks, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, take orders, offer suggestions, and address questions or concerns professionally.
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to restaurant standards and food safety protocols.
Toast sandwiches, prepare hot meals, maintain proper portion sizes, and ensure food quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system and process cash, credit, and mobile transactions; provide correct change and assist with register balancing and end-of-shift cash counts.
Keep the store, dining area, restrooms, and kitchen clean and organized, including wiping counters, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
Collaborate with team members, support busy periods, and assist with training new team members as needed.
Restock ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory, report shortages to management, and store materials properly to maintain freshness and safety.
Assist with opening and closing tasks, if applicable, including setting up or breaking down equipment, cleaning, and securing the store.
