About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member provides fast, friendly guest service and supports restaurant operations. The role involves maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food according to brand, company, and health department requirements, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. Team members maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, follow applicable laws and safety codes, and complete incident reports in accordance with the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to demonstrate the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part-time and requires weekday and weekend availability.

• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50+ pounds occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Clean and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Follow government laws and safety codes.
• Complete reports on incidents following the company’s 5-minute rule policy.
