RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with placing orders and navigating the menu, build guest relationships, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across several stations, including cashier, host, expo, and floor/runner. The role requires applicants to be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. All team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
