About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy, welcoming guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, provide guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They may work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. The role requires team members to be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time hours are available. Pay is advertised as $20.00–$25.00 per hour, including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
