RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - FRONT OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Front of House Restaurant Team Members to help create a happy guest experience. Team members assist guests with ordering and navigating the menu, handle guest relations, run food, bus tables, and plate food. They work across a variety of stations, including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Team members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time, with or without notice.
