About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to prepare sandwiches and salads while contributing to a positive guest experience. Team members cross-train and work at multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill. All Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly. Full-time and part-time hours are available. The company describes its mission as selling happiness and connecting guests to culinary experiences with fresh ingredients.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a great personality and a hospitable attitude.
- Have a strong desire to help people.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
