About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to work across multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill, preparing sandwiches and salads. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with flexible scheduling that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The posted pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips; all Mendo Team Members participate in the tip pool and are paid bi-weekly.
