RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER - BACK OF HOUSE
About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to cross-train and work in multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill, preparing sandwiches and salads. Team members connect with guests and contribute to the company’s goal of creating a happy, welcoming dining experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and the role requires a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $17.00–$22.00 per hour including tips; team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly. Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.
