About The Position
Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to cross-train and work in multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill, preparing sandwiches and salads. Team members are expected to connect with guests and contribute to the company’s hospitable, guest-focused experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
