About The Position

Harrah’s Laughlin is seeking a motivated, service-driven hourly Restaurant Supervisor for the Beach Café. The supervisor leads by example, supports the restaurant team, and helps ensure guests receive warm, attentive Caesars-style hospitality. The role includes directly supervising restaurant staff and supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential duties with professionalism and consistency.
• Knowledge of company policies, including fire and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to six months of related experience in a restaurant, hotel, or casino environment.
• Current Health Card and Alcohol Card, or other required certifications based on location.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one or small-group settings.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Delegate tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Evaluate, coach, and discipline employees as needed.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally and with care.
• Provide Caesars Family Style Service to guests and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant success.
• Directly supervise restaurant staff.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct daily work.
• Appraise performance and reward achievements.
• Address complaints and resolve issues.
• Enforce company policies and procedures in alignment with Caesars Entertainment standards.
