About The Position

Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to direct shift operations and help lead hourly Team Members. The role supports safe, clean, high-quality, and efficient service while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage service flow and direct Team Members’ work during a shift to maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory.
Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
