About The Position
Taco John's is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Sartell, Minnesota, to lead a restaurant team serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner guests. The role includes morning, mid, and closing shift options and can be full-time (30–40 hours per week) or part-time (15–30 hours per week). The manager helps ensure smooth restaurant operations, delivers excellent customer experiences, upholds food and product quality standards, and supports team members through positive leadership. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Energize the crew to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure made-from-scratch menu items meet quality standards.
- Connect with customers while managing counter and drive-through service.
- Create a fun atmosphere where team members can thrive.
- Work in both restaurant customer service and food preparation roles.
- Monitor product quality and maintain standards.
- Provide the team with clear direction and positive leadership.
- Help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly from open to close.
