About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of restaurant or food service experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example during each shift to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Supervise, coach, and support team members, including Cashiers and Cooks.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, food safety, and company compliance.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist with cash handling, transactions, and shift reporting.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and goal achievement.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for guests and team members.
