About The Position

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is hiring a motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to help guide daily operations and support the restaurant team. The role oversees day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, quality food preparation, and a positive team environment. The Shift Lead supports the management team by supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during daily restaurant operations.
• Delegate tasks and ensure all shift duties are completed efficiently.
• Maintain company standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies for food safety, sanitation, and cash handling.
