About The Position

The Restaurant Service Manager ensures seamless day-to-day restaurant operations during their shifts while upholding company standards and delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. As a brand ambassador, this manager helps foster a culture of continuous improvement and a “better for being here” mentality. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Ability to obtain certifications or permits required by state or local law.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local and state health codes.
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules.
• Experience managing a team.
