About The Position

The Restaurant Server at the Southfield Westin greets guests, manages dining reservations, and provides attentive table service. The role takes and delivers food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, processes guest payments, and ensures proper reporting of tips. It also involves maintaining clean and organized dining stations and service areas, and supporting the team with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries.

Requirements

• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience is preferred.
