About The Position

The Restaurant Server provides attentive food and beverage service to guests at the Southfield Westin. The role includes greeting guests, managing dining reservations, taking and delivering orders, processing payments, and maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas. The server also supports the team with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries.

The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Availability is needed for varied shifts, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience is preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
