About The Position

The Hotel Restaurant Server greets guests, manages dining reservations, and provides attentive table service. The role takes and delivers food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, processes guest payments, and ensures proper reporting of tips. The server maintains clean and organized dining stations and service areas, and supports the team by assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries. The position is part-time at Tampa Embassy Suites in Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience is preferred.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
