About The Position

The Restaurant Server assists guests with food and beverage choices, attends to their needs, and helps ensure each dining experience is exceptional. The role calls for a personable approach, strong menu knowledge, and a commitment to flawless service. Servers communicate with guests about menu items, specials, and beverages; coordinate with kitchen staff; and monitor the dining experience by delivering orders, fulfilling guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, clearing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses. The position requires working varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves extended periods on one’s feet and occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous serving experience; upscale dining experience is preferred.
Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.
Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
Passion for customer service.
Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required.
Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and, on occasion, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
