About The Position
The Restaurant Server assists guests with food and beverage choices, responds to their needs, and works to ensure each dining experience is flawless. The role requires strong menu knowledge, an engaging personality, and a commitment to excellent hospitality and customer service. Servers work with kitchen staff to deliver accurate, timely orders and maintain a positive guest experience throughout the meal.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous serving experience.
- Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
- Passion for customer service.
- Food Handler’s permit.
- Liquor permit.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and to walk, bend/twist, climb stairs, and occasionally carry or lift up to 50 pounds.

- Serving experience in an upscale dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu choices, specialties, menu deviations, and kitchen food shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor the guest dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
