About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring Servers to provide guests with a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Servers are often the first or last greeting guests receive during their day, and the role calls for a friendly, cheerful, proactive approach and a commitment to excellent service. The position is available full-time and part-time, and includes weekend work. Servers provide attentive guest service, take and process orders, monitor the food and beverage outlet, and help keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked. They work with managers to identify and resolve guest concerns and maintain a calm, professional manner during busy periods or unusual events.
