About The Position

The Restaurant Server / Bartender provides friendly, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role involves taking food and beverage orders, offering menu recommendations, preparing and serving drinks, and helping create a memorable dining experience. The server/bartender works closely with coworkers and management to deliver smooth service while maintaining clean, organized service areas and following food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines. The employer is willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality to every guest.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages while maintaining quality and consistency.
Anticipate guests’ needs and create a memorable dining experience.
Work with fellow servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
Process payments accurately and manage guest checks using the Toast POS system.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily sidework responsibilities.
Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
