About The Position

Beecher’s at Paine Field is seeking a part-time Bartender to provide guests with high-quality food and service experiences. The role includes pouring wine and beer, making cocktails, maintaining an organized and stocked work area, handling cash responsibly, and complying with health and safety regulations. The starting hourly rate is $19.77, with expected average tips of $8–$10 per hour, for an average total of $27.77–$29.77 per hour. Requirements

2–3 years of bartending experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Passion for craft cocktails and the creativity to make them.
Proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Positive and professional approach to people and work.
Ability to provide consistent, excellent guest service and remain composed during busy rushes.
Must obtain a Washington State Food Handler’s Card and MAST permit.
Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Consistently provide guests with the highest-quality food and service experience.
Proactively resolve guest concerns and satisfy guests in a variety of situations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment.
Follow cash-handling procedures and be accountable for store funds while running a shift.
Pour wine and beer and make cocktails for airport guests.
Maintain proper rotation of products.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
