About The Position

A Runner, known as a Table Support Team Member at Eataly, creates a high-quality dining experience in Eataly’s restaurants through timely and accurate delivery of meals and the organization and cleaning of tables. The position reports to the Restaurant Manager. This is a seasonal opportunity expected to run for three months or through the first week of January 2027, with the potential to become a permanent team member. Continued employment depends on business needs, performance, and availability.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
Availability to work onsite on a flexible schedule, often including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in the assigned area; pour beverages as requested; serve bread and olive oil.
Run food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring each course is delivered accurately and promptly.
Run beverages from the bar to tables and ensure water glasses remain filled.
Remove used dishes and silverware from tables between courses and after guests leave.
Maintain the cleanliness of tables and chairs in the assigned service area and reset vacated tables.
Assist servers when needed and understand food descriptions and ingredients of menu items.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
