About The Position

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and provide an excellent guest experience. The role includes training, motivating, and coaching team members; maintaining operational standards; and promoting the brand in the local community. Requirements

2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
Understanding of the financial aspects of business operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

Food handler certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
