About The Position

Olive Garden Restaurant Managers report to the General Manager and are accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They lead their teams with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships. The role offers flexibility to help managers balance their busy lives. Pay varies by location; Restaurant Managers receive a competitive base salary and are eligible for quarterly bonuses.
