About The Position

Revel, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown, is seeking a Restaurant Manager. Revel is a refined American restaurant near Market Square, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with handcrafted drinks. The Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations, oversees staff, promotes exceptional customer service, and helps maintain high standards while contributing to efficient and profitable business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Assist with hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address complaints and feedback as needed.
• Work with the Marketing team on promotional items and generate ideas to increase revenue.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and guests.
