About The Position

The Restaurant Manager leads daily restaurant operations, develops a high-performing team, drives sales, and delivers exceptional guest experiences. The role includes hiring, training, coaching, and retaining employees; managing schedules, staffing, inventory, invoices, and back-office processes; and maintaining company standards and a clean, safe, welcoming environment. The manager also resolves guest and employee concerns and partners with retail and store leadership to support smooth operations. The position is full-time with flexible scheduling and pays $45,000–$58,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
