We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the continued success of this established, high-volume restaurant. We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads from the floor, supports their team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality every day.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Proven ability to lead busy shifts and motivate teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Experience in training and developing team members
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and restaurant systems
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and professionalism
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
  • Lead effective pre-shift meetings and daily communication
  • Support all Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, service standards, and safety expectations are consistently achieved
  • Execute company systems, procedures, and operational standards
  • Maintain organization and efficiency during high-volume service periods
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that builds guest loyalty
  • Lead by example in all guest interactions
  • Assist in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals
  • Support inventory management and cost-control initiatives
  • Help drive restaurant profitability through operational excellence
  • Maintain accountability and consistency throughout each shift
