About The Position

Above Lending is seeking a passionate, high-performing, driven, and creative Recruiter to support our hiring goals as we continue to grow and scale to meet business demands. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in recruiting high-caliber talent across high-volume hourly remote loan sales and customer service roles. This individual will deliver results-oriented recruiting support, partner closely with hiring managers, and create exceptional candidate experiences that set us apart in the market. This position will begin as a contract assignment. This may be re-evaluated based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, staffing, startup, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and/or call center staffing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building recruitment processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong sense of urgency, execution, and accountability with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; Lever experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with recruiting and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and similar platforms.
  • General understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across remote hourly sales and customer service roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers by developing recruitment action plans and understanding workforce needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, web applications, and creative sourcing channels.
  • Conduct high-volume video screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule hiring manager interviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating quickly, effectively, and professionally throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining recruiting metrics and hiring activity tracking.
  • Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, offer administration, and start-date logistics.
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals and urgent staffing needs.
