About The Position

Allegro Living is seeking a driven, detail-oriented High Volume Recruiter to join their team and help attract exceptional talent across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and refuses to give up until the right candidate is found. The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple communities and positions within a fast-paced senior living environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency. The ideal candidate is resourceful, persistent, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience highly preferred
  • Experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site environments strongly preferred
  • Senior living recruiting experience is a significant plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting platforms preferred
  • Must live near a major airport and be comfortable with travel requirements
  • You are persistent and never stop searching for the right fit
  • You enjoy building connections and creating positive candidate experiences
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
  • You balance urgency with accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume openings across multiple communities and departments
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community leadership teams and hiring managers
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
  • Create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within applicant tracking systems
  • Attend hiring events, community visits, and recruitment initiatives as needed
  • Travel periodically to support hiring efforts across assigned markets
  • Stay proactive and persistent in filling difficult-to-recruit positions
