About The Position

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the restaurant’s overall operations. The role includes local store marketing and achieving sales and profit goals, as well as supporting the Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. This position is with an independent Dunkin’ franchisee, which is the employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.

Requirements

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• At least 18 years of age, or older if required by applicable law.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
