Dunkin Assistant Manager
About The Position
Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. The role supports exceptional guest experiences and profitable sales while developing leadership skills in operations management, financial analysis, and team development. The Assistant Manager works with the Restaurant Manager on strategies and action plans to improve guest experiences and sales. The position requires Food Safety Certification or the ability to obtain it, openness to working at nearby locations, and flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Certification.
- Must be open to nearby locations.
Responsibilities
- Foster a collaborative team environment through coaching, feedback, and effective resolution of employee concerns.
- Assist with recruiting and training team members.
- Uphold and exceed brand standards to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
- Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and comply with safety standards.
- Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to contribute to restaurant profitability.
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement continuous-improvement action plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
